Who we are. Kettle On Desk Ltd ("Kettle On", "we") of Leicester, UK, is the controller of personal data collected through this website. Contact: contact@kettleondesk.co.uk, 07777 488869.
What we collect. When you use our contact form we collect your name, business name, phone number, email address (optional), trade and message. We don't use advertising cookies on this site.
Why and lawful basis. We use this information to reply to your enquiry and set up a demo. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries, and steps you ask us to take before entering into a contract (UK GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)).
Who we share it with. We use trusted service providers to deliver form messages and to host email and this website. They process data only on our instructions. Some providers may process data outside the UK under appropriate safeguards. We never sell your data.
Call recordings. If you become a customer, calls answered by your receptionist may be recorded and transcribed to provide the service. This is covered by a separate customer agreement.
How long we keep it. We keep enquiry data for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a customer.
Your rights. You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it. Email us to do so. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk, 0303 123 1113).
